Cookie & Analytics Notice

Effective Date: August 7, 2026 · Last Updated: August 7, 2026 · Version 1.0

What this notice covers

MA Studios LLC, doing business as MA Music Studio and MA Music, uses limited website analytics to understand whether public pages work as intended. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy. It does not change the terms that govern accounts, bookings, or purchases.

Vercel Web Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate page-view and site-usage measurements for this Vercel-hosted website. The Microsoft Clarity choice described below does not change the existing Vercel Web Analytics implementation.

Optional Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity is off unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Clarity may measure page navigation, clicks, scrolling, pointer interaction, page layout and DOM changes, browser and device characteristics, performance information, and general location derived from network information. Microsoft processes this data to provide session replay, heatmap, and related analytics features.

MA Music does not use Clarity identify calls or customer identifiers. When Clarity is active, MA Music may emit three bounded cash-funnel events and attach a random, session-scoped flow identifier plus a categorical validation reason. These values do not contain a booking identifier, name, email address, notes, URLs, tokens, or other customer-provided content.

Masking and page exclusions

Sensitive booking content is intentionally masked, including names, email addresses, notes, dates and times, reservation details, booking references, filenames, project or track titles, submitted URLs, previews, booking summaries and selections, payment status and errors, customer-created content, and chat content.

Clarity is limited to an explicit set of public marketing and booking pages. It is stopped on account, workspace, admin, onboarding, authentication, shared or tokenized, session-upgrade, API, debug, audit, payment-success, order-status, and other private or unknown routes. Unknown or free-form query parameters also block recording.

Your choice and cookies

Clarity is optional. Declining does not affect site access, booking, or checkout. Your choice is stored in this browser as “granted” or “denied.” When you revoke permission, MA Music sends Clarity’s Consent V2 denial signal and stops collection; Microsoft’s supported consent behavior removes Clarity analytics cookies.

Microsoft retention and privacy

Microsoft’s current Clarity documentation states that session playback data is kept for 30 days, while click and heatmap data and favorited or labeled sessions may be kept for up to 9 months. Microsoft may update its service and retention practices; consult its official documents for the current terms.
