Answers before you book
Location, policies, session-day prep, and booking logistics — everything you need to show up ready. Recording is $50/hr; see Services for all services.

Show up ready
A quick list for session day — details for each item are in the FAQ above.
- Lyrics, hooks, or session notes ready
- Instrumentals uploaded to workspace or on a USB drive
- One or two reference tracks for vibe or tone
- Water or tea for vocal care
- Address saved — entry details are in your confirmation email
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in

By appointment through online booking
Session availability is controlled by the booking calendar. If a time is unavailable, the studio/operator is booked or offline.
Parking
Free customer parking is available in the west-side lot of the 300 Buildingoff N Dakota Ave. Park in the marked customer/building parking area, then enter through the building’s sliding doors.
Sliding doors are typically accessible Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. For sessions outside those hours, message us when you arrive and we’ll help you get inside.
Suite 301
MA Music Studio is on the 3rd floor, Suite 301. Once inside:
- 1.Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
- 2.Step out and turn right.
- 3.Follow the hallway toward Suite 301.
- 4.Look for the MA Music Studio logo on the door.
Policies
Booking, cancellation & file storage
Summary of how cancellations, rescheduling, and workspace file access work — aligned with our online booking system.
24+ hours out
Early cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund to your original payment method.
Under 24 hours
Late cancel
Late cancellations are not eligible for a cash refund. The session value is issued as studio credit that can be applied toward a future booking.
No-show
Missed session
No-shows are generally not eligible for refund or credit. Contact us immediately if something unexpected happened.
Session files and workspace access
Your session workspace stores files for a limited time after your session, typically around 30 days. This gives you time to review deliverables, download your files, and finish active project work.
At checkout, you may be able to add a 12-month archive option for a small storage fee. Archived sessions keep your files available longer before they expire.
Artists are responsible for downloading their files before the workspace or archive period ends.
