MA Music does not use private project audio to train an unrelated generative artificial-intelligence model without specific authorization.

As of this Policy’s publication, MA Music does not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use third-party advertising pixels to build profiles of visitors across unrelated websites.
MA Music does not sell or license private customer audio, stems, lyrics, project files, or support conversations to data brokers or advertisers.

A canceled session workspace may remain recoverable for approximately seven days before eligible project content is deleted.
Certain information may remain after project files are removed, including:

- Copyright cases;
- Fraud records; and

Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every associated record.

43. Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of personal information by contacting MA Music.
MA Music may deny or limit deletion when information remains reasonably necessary to:
- Complete a requested service;
- Maintain a transaction;
- Preserve a Beat License;
- Document agreement acceptance;
- Process a refund;
- Maintain studio credit;
- Detect fraud;
- Protect security;
- Resolve a dispute;
- Comply with tax or accounting obligations;
- Exercise legal rights;
- Comply with law; or
- Protect another person’s rights.
Deletion of your account may not delete another person’s independent project, message, transaction, or ownership record.
44. Marketing Choices
You may opt out of promotional email by:
- Selecting an unsubscribe link;
- Changing an available communication setting; or
- Contacting MA Music.
When promotional text messaging is enabled, you may opt out using the instructions included in the messages.
MA Music may still send operational messages necessary for:
- Security;
- Active bookings;
- Payments;
- Refunds;
- Deliveries;
- Account administration;
- Legal notices; or
- Customer support.
45. Public and Promotional Choices
You may request that MA Music:
- Remove an artist profile;
- Remove an Our Sound preview;
- Correct public information;
- Remove an approved photograph;
- Stop future promotional use;
- Stop paid advertising;
- Correct a testimonial;
- Remove an unauthorized credit; or
- Review another public-content concern.
Withdrawal generally applies prospectively.
MA Music cannot guarantee removal of:
- Screenshots;
- Third-party reposts;
- Search-engine caches;
- Internet archives;
- Physical materials already distributed;
- Completed advertising impressions; or
- Independent copies outside MA Music’s control.
MA Music may retain a nonpublic record of the prior authorization and withdrawal.
46. Cookie and Browser Choices
You may use browser controls to:
- Delete cookies;
- Block cookies;
- Restrict third-party storage;
- Clear local storage;
- Use private browsing;
- Restrict tracking; or
- Send supported privacy signals.
Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent:
- Account sign-in;
- Session Builder restoration;
- Checkout;
- Scheduling;
- File uploads;
- Customer chat;
- Workspace access; or
- Other core features.

47. Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control or similar preference signal.
Where applicable law requires MA Music to recognize such a signal, MA Music will process it as required for the browser or device sending it.
Because MA Music does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal may not materially change essential platform processing.
48. United States State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers MA Music, you may have rights to:
- Know or access personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete certain information;
- Obtain a portable copy;
- Opt out of sale;
- Opt out of targeted advertising;
- Opt out of certain profiling;
- Limit certain uses of sensitive information; or
- Appeal a denied request.
MA Music does not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

49. Verifying Privacy Requests
MA Music may need to verify your identity before providing, correcting, or deleting personal information.
Verification may involve:
- Confirming account access;
- Confirming an email address;
- Confirming transaction information;
- Providing information associated with the request;
- Confirming authority over a project; or
- Using another reasonable method.
MA Music will not request more information than is reasonably necessary for verification.
An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable, but MA Music may require proof of authority and direct verification with the affected person.
50. Appeals
Where applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal MA Music’s decision concerning a privacy request by replying to the decision or contacting:

- The decision;
- Why you believe the result should be reconsidered; and
- Any new supporting information.
51. Children’s Privacy
MA Music is not directed to children under 13.
Children under 13 may not independently create an account or use MA Music’s online services.
MA Music does not knowingly:
- Create independent accounts for children under 13;
- Collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization;
- Sell children’s personal information;
- Use children’s information for behavioral advertising; or
- Create advertising profiles of children.
A person between 13 and 17 must involve a parent or legal guardian when entering a paid agreement, booking a session, uploading content, licensing a Beat, or granting public promotional permission.
A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information improperly may contact:
52. Information About Other Minors
A customer may not upload, publish, or authorize promotional use of a minor’s:
- Name;
- Voice;
- Photograph;
- Video;
- Performance;
- Profile;
- Testimonial; or
- Other identifiable information
without sufficient authority.
MA Music may request parent or guardian confirmation before publishing material involving a minor.
53. Sensitive Information
MA Music does not ask customers to provide unnecessary highly sensitive information.
Project files and communications may nevertheless contain sensitive or personal material.
Do not submit information such as:
- Social Security numbers;
- Complete payment-card information;
- Bank passwords;
- Authentication codes;
- Government identification;
- Medical records;
- Precise home addresses; or
- Other unnecessary sensitive information
unless MA Music has specifically requested it through an appropriate secure process.
MA Music does not use private project content to infer sensitive personal characteristics for advertising.
54. Third-Party Websites and Services
MA Music may link to or embed content from third parties.
Examples may include:
- YouTube;
- Streaming services;
- Social networks;
- Artist websites;
- Payment interfaces;
- Scheduling tools; and
- Other platforms.
A third party may collect information when you:
- Load embedded content;
- Play a video;
- Follow a link;
- Sign into the third party;
- Complete a payment;
- Use a scheduling interface; or
- Otherwise interact with the third party.
MA Music does not control the third party’s independent privacy practices.
Review the third party’s privacy policy before providing information directly to it.
55. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MA Music may update this Privacy Policy as:
- Services change;
- Providers change;
- Data practices change;
- New features launch;
- Legal requirements change;
- Security practices evolve; or
- Business operations change.
An updated Policy will display a new:
- Version number;
- Effective Date; and
- Last Updated date.
When a change is material, MA Music may provide additional notice through:
- The website;
- An account notice;
- Email;
- Checkout;
- A workspace notice;
- A privacy control; or
- Another reasonable method.
MA Music will not silently alter the historical Privacy Policy version preserved with an earlier transaction or acknowledgment.
