These terms describe My Studio cloud storage as implemented for Free, Trial, standalone My Studio Pro, and Studio Pass-sourced My Studio Pro.
Storage allowances
- Free uses the existing Free allowance (about 2 GB).
- Trial uses the existing Trial allowance (25 GB).
- Standalone My Studio Pro and Studio Pass-sourced My Studio Pro use 50 GB account-wide.
Storage is not multiplied by workspace or project. 50 GB belongs to the paid Pro / Studio Pass entitlement. Free users do not receive 50 GB.
Lifecycle
Normal delete moves eligible files to 7-day recoverable Trash. Trash still counts toward quota.
Replace Current Archive may use narrowly scoped temporary physical headroom to upload and verify a replacement. The old archive is never deleted first. After success, superseded bytes are permanently retired rather than left in 7-day Trash.
Upload as New Archive keeps both files and both count toward quota.
When a Studio Pass-sourced grant ends and usage exceeds the current Free or Trial cap with no other qualifying entitlement, a 90-day retention window can apply. Cleanup re-checks entitlement before destructive purge.
These terms do not promise backups, uninterrupted availability, or permanent file retention.
